The Downtown Tipp City Merchants hosted their annual trick or treat with a Harry Potter theme. The Monroe Federal eagle was spotted supporting the Gryffindor house and helping employees pass out candy to dinosaurs, witches, scarecrows and more.
The Vandalia-Butler Chamber of Commerce got creative this year when the COVID-19 virus interfered with the annual business expo and instead hosted the first ever Crossroads Spooktacular Scavenger Hunt. The event was free to the community and since participants stayed in their cars, it was socially distant. At Monroe Federal, employees were assisted by an eagle as they passed out treats and clues for the next stop on the scavenger hunt.
Monroe Federal’s annual meeting was held both in-person and virtually this year. Pictured are Dr. Andrew Davidson (Chairman of the Board) and Lewis Renollet (President).
Monroe Federal participated as a stop in The Chocolate Walk, a First Friday Event organized by The Downtown Tipp City Partnership. Participants who braved the cold weather received a buckeye treat from Scratch Bakery.
09/28/2019 Mum Festival Parade
Customer Service Representatives passed out bottled water to the crowd in front of the Tipp City Office during this year’s Mum Festival Parade. Other members of the team enjoyed giving out candy to parade onlookers as they walked down Main Street.
07/31/2019 Dayton Dragon’s Outing
Employees from all three offices had the opportunity to get together outside of work and enjoy a Dayton Dragon’s baseball game. Several times a year the whole team gets a chance to spend some time bonding. Monroe Federal is a great place to work!
